Shane brings over a decade and a half of experience in finance, during which he became, to his knowledge, one of the youngest investment advisor facilitators for a Fortune 100 company. His multi-disciplinary expertise in Socio-Economics, Sales Psychology, Adult Learning Psychology, and Marketing & Advertising Psychology forms the intellectual foundation of the methodologies and proprietary formulas embedded within the Humanda™ platform.    


As a multi-founder with firsthand experience across numerous M&A ventures, Shane's unique perspective bridges the gap between human behavioral science and transactional due diligence. His vision drives the comprehensive Human Capital Health Reporting that buyers, brokers, and sellers have come to rely on as an indispensable component of the modern M&A process.

His breadth of expertise across startups, technology, and M&A is complemented by firsthand experience navigating multiple acquisitions and exits, giving him a uniquely informed perspective that directly benefits Humanda™s clients. Christian is a cornerstone of the team's success, driving results through both strategic leadership and hands-on collaboration with clients and partners alike.

As a multi-founder with experience spanning FinTech and beyond, Connor has participated in numerous exits and M&A-adjacent engagements, cultivating a uniquely informed perspective that amplifies both data analytics capabilities and team growth opportunities. His leadership drives operational excellence, systems integrations, and automation initiatives that unify technology and people into a cohesive, high-performing whole.  


Connor serves as the connective force bridging Humanda™'s technology, operations, and team dynamics ensuring seamless execution at every level. Anthony is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and technology architect with over 15 years of experience building scalable digital infrastructures. As the founder of a global consulting firm since 2011, he has led a diverse international team in delivering high-impact solutions across web development, SaaS, and mobile ecosystems. His expertise in aligning cutting-edge technology with aggressive business goals has enabled organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia to modernize their operations and achieve sustained growth through technical innovation.  


At the helm of the technology department, Anthony integrates automation, real-time analytics, and cloud-native solutions to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of the industry. His deep-rooted passion for emerging tech and his track record in developing complex online marketplaces and logistics platforms provide the technical backbone for our software. Our story begins with Shane our founder sitting at a table witnessing a Venture Capitalist and a Buyer role playing before the Buyer was about to approach a potential Seller with an offer. This conversation led to Shane's enlightenment of the M&A world and the struggles that buyers have when it comes to risks associated with purchasing a company.

To Shane, the words of the Buyer that hit home most were, "I [the buyer] purchase companies for $5 Million or less and every time I make a purchase it is like buying a car blind... when anyone tries to get information on the workforce, which is the engine, the workforce leaves before the deal ever gets anywhere and kills the deal before we ever make it to the bank... Current methods are through assessments, but really only work for companies that have "golden handcuffs". For our sized purchases we just have to go without the data and it is scary... If anyone could give us this data without spiking the flight risk we would pay a pretty penny."
