His background in Socio-Economics, Sales Psychology, Adult Learning Psychology, Marketing & Advertising Psychology, and being a multi-founder who has partaken in multiple M&A ventures is the brains behind the methods and formulas leveraged within the Humanda™ software bringing you the comprehensive Human Capital Reporting sought after by many buyers, brokers, and sellers alike.

With an in-depth background with M&A, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Automations Chris was the obvious choice to bring in as COO where he also leads as the CTO of an adjacent company brining all other validation, valuation, and due-diligence metrics to the table for a seller to get a high quality valuation with 15 min. and a click of a button. Chris knows his way around startups, technology, M&A, operations, and then some while also having being through several purchases and exits himself. He is a star on the team of Humanda™ and is the backbone of it's success when working directly with our team and clients.

Connors background in finance, along with multiple successful ventures under his belt, brings a swiss-army knife approach to Human Capital and Data Collections. As head of analytics he takes charge with equipping our workforce with the skills needed to implement the software and robust analytics to all of our clients M&A needs. As a multi-founder in many spaces including FinTech He has participated in exits and M&A adjacent on many occasions over the years aiding in his unique ability to amplify the data analytics and team growth opportunities while driving operational excellence, systems integrations, and automations. Our story begins with Shane our founder sitting at a table witnessing a Venture Capitalist and a Buyer role playing before the buyer was about to approach a potential seller with an offer. This conversation led to the enlightenment of the M&A world and the struggles that buyers have when it comes to risks associated with purchasing a company.
The words of the buyer that hit home most were, "I buy companies for 5 Million or less and every time I make a purchase it is like buying a car blind... when anyone tries to get information on the workforce which is the engine the workforce leaves before the deal ever gets anywhere and kills the deal before we ever make it to the bank...current methods are through assessments, but really only work for companies that have "golden handcuffs". For our size purchases we just have to go without the data and it is scary... If anyone could give us this data without spiking the flight risk we would pay a pretty penny."
